All submissions undergo blind peer reviews by multiple reviewers. All submissions must be made electronically via ONLINE submission. E-mailed submissions will not be accepted. First-time authors should create an author account the author follow the guidelines in his/her article, and meet the aims and scope of the journal.

Each paper submitted to the journal is first checked for completeness and similarity by the technical editor, followed by an initial desk review by an editor-in-chief. Papers not suitable for publication are rejected outright. Papers accepted for peer review are then assigned to an associate editor who takes responsibility for assigning peer reviewers and providing a synthesis of reviews to the editor-in-chief for a decision.

Manuscripts are admitted within one week of receipt. The double-blind peer-review process may take around 21 days and may lead to rejection or acceptance with minor or major revisions. Acceptance with major revisions will be followed by a second round of peer review.
